PURSUING 323

Anyone that knows Timm knows that he is larger than life. This is why we are committed to making Timm's dream of documenting his life and work a reality, even in the wake of his passing.

Inspired by Norman Rockwell’s famous 322 paintings for The Saturday Evening Post, a young artist from the Midwest set out to create 323 murals. This young artist was Timm Etters, a colorblind muralist and break-dancer from a small town northwest of Chicago who fought a lifelong battle with cancer. Fans of Timm’s work describe his murals as larger than life, intricate, and surreal. In contrast to his work and success as an artist, Timm’s battles with cancer and uncanny misfortunes set the stage for a story that is equally intriguing and inspiring.

We have broken the project into six stages with individual budgets. Each time a stage is funded, the project is one step closer to not only capturing and telling Timm's story, but distributing it to a wider audience so that Timm's work and legacy are not forgotten. We hope that you will partner with us by financially supporting the project.
